Request user account deletion

We will permanently delete your account and all information associated with the account and any event you have joined in Brella. This cannot be undone. Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days of submission.

Please make sure you have access to the email account used for your account, as our team will contact you to verify ownership of the account.

An alternate way to delete your account yourself:

Please log-in to your Brella account and complete the deletion from your profile page on the app. This will immediately delete your account and all your data. Instructions are available here:
